Irish directories
Once you’ve built your site one of the first
things you should do is promote your site to Irish directories.
Submitting your site to the major Irish directories
is an excellent starting point for creating a link popularity
campaign with many Irish directories not requiring a
reciprocal link. Link building is of critical importance
for internet marketing especially in relation to the
major search engine Google.
Google sees a link from a webpage to your webpage as
a vote. The more links and listings you have the more
weight Google will give to your webpage and the higher
up the search engine result pages you webpage will come.
Directories will atleast require a title, description
and URL to be listed. If allowed you should add a descriptive
keyword rich title such as “Web design Belfast”
rather than official title such as “Codefixer Software”.

and well worth submitting to. Make sure you submit to
a relevant category.
